All Sales Are Final — Digital Downloads

All purchases of digital products are final. Because our products are instant digital downloads, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once the file has been purchased and delivered.

Damages and issues
If there is a problem with your digital file (e.g., corrupted or incomplete file), please contact us immediately at jasmineyepezsanchez@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions
In rare cases, refunds may be considered at our sole discretion if the digital product is fundamentally different from what was described. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase if you believe this applies to your order.
